Monthly board meetings occur on the third Thursday of each month and we invite the community to join us! They are typically held virtually through Google Meet. Meeting dates may fluctuate based on board member availability, community events, or other scheduling conflicts. Currently scheduled meetings can be viewed on the Happenings page of our website.
In accordance with our bylaws, we also have an Annual Community Meeting each Fall, usually in October. Here, we share updates on our work, invite public officials to speak, and elect new board members.
Starting in January 2025, links to the Annual Community Meeting summaries will be published here. This will happen when the board votes in approval at the following month’s meeting. The 2024 Annual Community Meeting Minutes can be viewed below.
