Meetings are open to anyone to attend, and Board membership is open to anyone who resides in the Hamlet or surrounding area, or who has an abiding interest in, or love of, Jacksonville. There are no membership fees or dues.

We would also be interested in learning about any additional ways you’d like to participate in the JCA, or what special skills you might wish to contribute. Participation can include Jacksonville Community Park trail or facility care and improvements, event planning, advocacy, and community engagement, among other things. The JCA is an all volunteer organization that relies on individuals giving of their time, on financial gifts from our members, and on fundraising events.
